A Dark Night in DalstonEastEnders actress Michelle Collins is joined by Joe Coen (Bad Jews) for the premiere of A Dark Night in Dalston, a contemporary piece by award-winning writer Stewart Permutt. A funny and touching play, it describes a fateful evening on a council estate in Dalston when an assault brings two lonely Londoners from different communities together;Gideon, a young, observant Jewish man from the other side of town and the warm-hearted, quirky Gina. Shown on the intimate PARK90 stage, the play brings director Tim Stark back to Park Theatre, following his highly acclaimed Jonah and Otto in 2014.

 

About Park Theatre

The Ā£2.2 million Park Theatre is situated two minutes' walk from Finsbury Park tube station and houses a two-tier 200 seat and a 90 seat theatre, an education floor and a cafe and bar with a late license. Set up by husband and wife team Jez and Melli Bond with support from high profile actors including Ian McKellen and Sherlock star Benedict Cumberbatch, the state of the art theatre is unique in this part of London.
