From the same team as the Foodies Festival comes Feast at Battersea Park, a summer celebration of food and drink. The picnic extravaganza serves up the UK's largest selection of restaurant, street and artisan food at one venue and will boast pop up restaurants, street food vendors, artisan producers, famers' markets, vintage tea rooms, seaside food stalls and BBQ tents. There will be liquid-nitrogen ice creams and sorbets, cream teas, a hog roast, exotic meats and much more. A Vineyard will also feature, selling a selection of wine and champagne from around the world and hosting hourly tastings and masterclasses. While an Orchard brimming with British ciders and ales provides the chance to sample and buy direct from the producers. Furthermore, top chefs from restaurants such as Boqueria, Supper Club, Mazi and Mango Tree will be visiting the Feast Tent, which will host giant feasting tables to serve an array of different cuisines. Additional programme highlights include a children's cookery theatre, a ping pong zone and an entertainment stage.
Situated on the south side of the Thames, facing Chelsea, Battersea Park caters for everyone within its 200-acre space. Firstly, there's lots of water - a lake for boating, ponds for admiring the wildlife, and the Thames along one side for general gazing purposes. More about Battersea Park
