Their first show, One Duck Down, won Family Show of the Year at Vault Festival in 2018 and now FacePlant Theatre is back with a brand new play, Big Bones, which makes its debut at this year's Vault Festival. Inspired by the true story of The Irish Giant, the show is packed with puppetry, original songs, a psychic octopus and an all female cast. A daring museum heist for the ages, Big Bones follows the story of Nora, a young girl who thinks she is all alone in the world and is thrilled to find she is the long lost ancestor of Big Bones, the founder of the Big Bones Big Top Circus who are in town that week. This hour-long show, suitable for ages three and above, is a funny tale which celebrates friendships and encourages us to embrace our uniqueness.
