Don't Move, Improve! In this annual competition we get a peek inside London's best architecturally designed home extensions. Run by New London Architecture, Don't Move, Improve!, now its seventh year, is one of world's most popular design awards programmes, according to design bible Dezeen. A chance for emerging architectural practices to get the recognition they deserve, this year's winning project is a house in Clapton, east London, with a copper-lined kitchen and dining area and a bathroom which cleverly extends from the terraced house. This two-month free exhibition shows the winning projects alongside the complete longlist of 120 projects that made up the first stage of the awards.

About The Building Centre

Open to the public as well as construction professionals, The Building Centre houses a permanent exhibition of a 1:1500 scale model of Central London. Current major building projects are plotted onto an accompanying display. Part of the New London Architecture project, the model gives visitors a dynamic overview of how the city is laid out and how it is evolving architecturally. More about The Building Centre
