Dulwich Pavilion: The Colour PalaceA colourful 10-metre high cube created by Pricegore architects and designer Yinka Ilori, The Colour Palace draws on West African and European influences as well as the bustle of fabric markets in Lagos, Nigeria. The temporary structure outside Dulwich Picture Gallery hosts a variety of events from 'Pavilion Lates' to neon life drawing, supper clubs, storytelling and yoga throughout the summer. Part of the London Festival of Architecture, the design explores themes of 'boundaries', colour, pattern and celebration.

About Dulwich Picture Gallery

Designed by London architect Sir John Soane in 1811, Dulwich Picture Gallery is the world's first purpose-built art gallery and holds one of the most celebrated collections of European Old Master paintings. Works by Rubens, Poussin, Van Dyck, Rembrandt, Watteau and Gainsborough contribute to the collection of European Old Master paintings spanning the 1600s and 1700s. More about Dulwich Picture Gallery
