Field Day 2017Electro musician and composer Aphex Twin - aka Richard David James - headlines Field Day festival in 2017, playing his best IDM and electronic tunes. On the impressively large line-up comes ABRA and her airy R&B-tinged vocals, 22 year old Irish storyteller Aine Cahill, and Julia Jacklin - part of "a new wave of young Australian and New Zealand-based artists... giving Nashville's heartland genre a wry overhaul" (Guardian). As well as live music you get DJ sessions from Jon Hopkins, Dutch collective Dekmantel Soundsystem, and BBC 6 Music DJ Marc 'Lard' Riley. Taking place annually at Victoria Park, Field Day is perfect for subdued electro, melancholic folk, bold dance acts and a dreamy summer vibe.

About Victoria Park

One of London's best kept secrets, Victoria Park is a fantastic place to spend an afternoon. The city's first public park, it was opened in the East End in 1845 after a local MP presented Queen Victoria with a petition of 30,000 signatures. More about Victoria Park
