London Podcast FestivalNow in its fourth year, London Podcast Festival returns to Kings Place with podcasts on everything from dating to death, pop culture to panel games. Among the popular podcasters putting in an appearance are Adam Buxton, Mark Kermode and The Guilty Feminist Deborah Frances-White. Topics vary from comedians Kiri Pritchard-McLean, Jayde Adams and Dave Cribb talking about their favourite songs from the musicals to poetry. With the One Show, radio man Jon Holmes and comedy writer Marc Haynes adopt the same approach some podcasts take to analysing high-end box set television and apply it to the BBC's The One Show. Held over two consecutive weekends, the festival also puts on workshops and discussions for podcast makers.

About Kings Place

Just 150 metres from King's Cross and St Pancras stations and with a waterside setting, the Dixon-Jones designed Kings Place combines the offices of The Guardian newspaper with a concert hall and two art galleries. As you'd expect from the architects behind the recent improvements to the Royal Opera House and National Portrait Gallery it's a well designed complex of curvaceous surfaces and appealing public spaces.
