Rankin has worked with everyone from Kate Moss to the Queen and at the Rankin Retrospectiveyou can see more than 600 of his photographic portraits. This extensive exhibition at the Truman Brewery is the first time his work has ever been given a retrospective in the UK. Running in parallel and at the same Brick Lane location is Shoot Me, Rankin!, both part of Rankin Live! - and one ticket gets you in to both exhibitions. The retrospective part looks back at Rankin's celebrity clients, charity campaigns and fashion shoots as well as more personal family portraits - his fiance Tuuli is his muse in many. Alongside are images from the Dazed & Confused days, Brit-pop bands including Pulp and Blur, and the man who aimed to associate himself with the whole 'Cool Britania' movement in the nineties, Tony Blair. Seeing so many of his iconic images in one place, Rankin commented, "this is one of the most exciting stages in my journey as a photographer". Expect a celeb-packed private view party.
