Sensing Spaces: Architecture ReimaginedThe Royal Academy of Arts has called on seven leading architects and urban designers and set them a challenge: to give you a new perspective on architecture. The result, Sensing Spaces: Architecture Reimagined, transforms the gallery's main rooms into a series of structures, textures, scents, lighting and colour which encourage visitors to sit, climb, walk and talk through the display, exploring the different environments and observing how they make affect our mood. The architects include: Dublin-based Grafton Architects; Kengo Kuma, the Japanese architect behind Sake No Hana restaurant interior; Dibdo Francis Kr founder of the Berlin-based practice, Kr Architecture; and the Portugese architect lvaro Siza, winner of the 1992 Pritzker Architecture Prize.
