The Pheonix Collective, all original members of the London cast of multi-award winning Once the musical, give a special St Patrick's Day performance at Gerry O'Boyle's Boogaloo on Monday 17th March. The band, who met when they joined the show a year ago, discovered they loved playing together so much that they formed The Pheonix Collective, named after the Pheonix Theatre in the West End where the show is on. Expect a riotous set of classic Irish songs and tunes from this amazing, multi-instrumental band.
The Boogaloo has succeeded in breaking the all pervasive contemporary pub blueprint, fashioning a popular alternative with a great atmosphere - and not an inch of light pine to be seen! The pub - presided over by Irish landlord Gerry O'Boyle of Filthy McNasty's infamy - looks aged and comfortable with an inviting slightly living-roomy feel about it. More about The Boogaloo
