Vault FestivalVault Festival is one of the most exciting happenings on London's fringe. Returning for its fifth year, the six-week arts festival features over 200 new shows with a wide-ranging programme of performance, live music, discussions and one-off late night parties. This year, it returns to its original home at The Vaults and, for the first time, at satellite venues Network Theatre and Morley College. At The Vaults, award-winning company The Flanagan Collective will immerse audiences in the decadence and excess of The Great Gatsby. Performed across multiple spaces, the show will run throughout the six weeks of the Vault Festival. The 2017 programme also includes The Neath, produced and curated by the team behind The Crystal Maze; The Long Trick, a new play about one man's private protest against gentrification; Astronauts of Hartlepool, looking at the Brexit North/South divide; and The Texas Tax Man, transporting audiences to the wild west of the mid 18th century for a journey that's both dangerous and hilarious. There will also be food, drink and dancing.
