This is as close to Buckingham Palace as you can get. It’s also nearby Victoria station which is not quite as glamorous but very convenient. There are three dining/bar areas: the Palace Lounge for afternoon tea with a view over the Royal Mews, the Cavalry Bar for cocktails, or the “unashamedly old-fashioned” Library Restaurant – as tipped by Tatler.
