Set between King's Cross and St Pancras stations, Pancras Square is a public square with restaurants, offices, green space and a gently flowing stepped water feature through the middle of it. A major redevelopment of the area in 2014/5 brought in a state of the art leisure centre, library and restaurants including Notes, Vinoteca and Granger & Co, located on the ground floor of the Stanley building which was originally built in 1864-65 to provide a higher standard of accommodation for King's Cross workers.
