Visitor Information
From its head offices in London the Royal British Society of Sculptors runs five sculpture shows a year, displaying the 3D artform in all its shapes and guises from the traditional to the cutting edge. The aim is to promote sculpture in all its forms particularly among members, all of whom are professional sculptors. You can visit the Brompton Road galleries for exhibitions which take place in both the interior and exterior spaces which include the Sculpture Forecourt, the Salon and the Studio. Shows are backed by a programme of events and educational activities including workshops, lectures and gallery talks. The society also holds archive materials stretching back over 100 years of British sculpture and operates as a resource centre for contemporary sculpture.
