Portobello Dock is a mixed office and residential development which straddles the Grand Union Canal in Notting Hill. The development work was carried out by Derwent, blending old stucco fronted buildings with modern designs by London architects Stiff + Trevillion. The luxury apartments (as seen on Sir Alan Sugar's The Apprentice) include the ultra modern Portobello Lofts - 12 luxury canal-side apartments, ranging from studio spaces to three bedrooms - and the Portobello Apartments, one to three bedroom units in a white stuccoed building. Office space within the development includes the RB Building (formerly home of Virgin Music) which provides 11,237 square feet of office accommodation, The Canal Building overlooking the Grand Union Canal, The White Building and The Lodge.
