Bringing a cool, east London vibe to the the posh shops of Sloane Street, April's Café is a stylish café restaurant created for Boutique 1 by Pablo Flack and David Waddington of Bistrotheque fame. T he space, which includes an outdoor terrace for 12, has been designed by Halstead Leong and the menus curated by Blaine Duffy, Head Chef at Bistrotheque, include polenta bread with maple butter for breakfast, crayfish, chicory, blood orange and fennel salad for lunch and a slice of cake and a cup of Rare Tea Company infusion as a reviving mid-afternoon pick-me-up. As you'd expect from the people who brought you Hoi Polloi at the achingly hip Ace Hotel, cold pressed juices, Allpress Coffee, a glass of champagne or a cocktail with some parmesan and shallot crisps are just the thing when tripping down Sloane Street on a shopping spree.
