Taking London's obsession with avocado to the next level, Avobar is a restaurant dedicated entirely to the creamy 'superfood'. What originally started as a pop-up now has its very own bricks and mortar site on Henrietta Street in Covent Garden. The menu shows just how diverse an avocado can be with everything from burgers and tacos to pancakes and smoothies made with it. There is, of course, avocado on toast, served with poached egg and lime jam, while more adventurous dishes include ceviche, tuna poke and miso grilled salmon. What's more, all the avocados have been ethically and sustainably sourced from growers and farmers around the world, meaning they can be on the menu all-year-round without undercutting any farmers.
