First set up by Andre Blais back in 2002 to bring the taste, style and soul of his beloved Kansas City barbecue to the UK, Bodean's continues to convince Londoners of the merits of authentic, slow-smoked American BBQ, spreading the word at seven sites in London. Meaty dishes including racks of ribs, chicken, burgers and steaks are all served with a side of fries and a punchy sauce.
