Run by Jason Wells, who began his career as a butcher in his native Australia, the menu at Brew is inspired by his travels, with particular influence coming from Israel and New York. Wood-fired pizzas are a speciality , cooked in the handmade clay oven from where freshly baked breads emerge, and pastries and cakes are made in the patisserie at the Putney branch, available to eat in with an Allpress 'brew' or take away. Free WiFi at all the branches make it a good option for remote workers.
