The biskie, Cutter & Squidge's signature creation, is a fresh handmade sandwiched dessert. Come to this Brewer Street cafe for their distinct brand of biscuit-cookie-cake filled with special lightened buttercream, handmade jams, caramels and other delights. The biskie comes in flavours like strawberry cheesecake, salted caramel smore and pistachio roseberry and the custom made triple berry ombre biskie. Buttercream is made using half the amount butter and sugar you'd usually find, and it's packed with real fruit, premium chocolate and other delicious ingredients. Not to be confused with a macaron or whoopie pie, a biskie is a moorish blend of crisp, soft, chewy and creamy cake. Everything, right down to the sprinkles, is homemade - even the colourings are all-natural, made from fruits, vegetables, spices and flowers.
