Duck'N RollDuck'N Roll - the street food venture from Michelin-starred chef Pascal Aussignac and business partner Vincent Labeyrie - has built a loyal following at Street Feast's Dinerama and the duck-centric menu of small plates is also available at Camden Market, its third permanent site. With duck being the star of the show, the menu takes inspiration not only from Pascal's native Gascony but from further afield too, incorporating Asian flavours into many of the dishes. Firmly in the French camp are the 'classic' burger topped with Ossau-Iraty cheese, balsamic onions and a spicy tomato sauce, the duck fat fries, and the foie gras and truffle burger.
