Classic Neapolitan pizzas are the mainstay of Firebrand Pizza , made by head chef Moreno De Marco who's passionate about these wood fired sourdough beauties - he's been making pizzas since he was seven. Born in Naples to a family of pizza restauranteurs - the family have run scores of pizzerias throughout Italy - he's backed by o wners Guy Holmes (whose previous involvement in the industry has been on the marketing and branding side) and Bibars Ozdamir who owned the previous restaurant on this site. A handful of cocktails, a selection of gin and tonics, six red, six white and craft beers and ciders as well as cloudy pressco make up the short drinks menu. Inside, exposed brick and reclaimed wood set the tone, there are parquet table tops, brown leather Chesterfields as well as industrial bar stools. Perch up at the bar by the oven and watch the pizzaiolos in action - best seats in the house.
