Why choose between coffee and wine when you can have both? That's clearly what Notes co-owners Robert Robinson and Edward Halfon thought and they're not alone with three new Notes in 2015 bringing the total to five in London. Like successful sibling cafes near Trafalgar Square and at the bottom of the City Point office complex Notes in Pancras Square, King's Cross, serves organic porridge and pastries for breakfast, fresh handmade salads and sandwiches for lunch, light plates for supper with a glass of wine and coffee throughout the day. The King's Cross cafe is at the gateway to the 67 acre King's Cross development, and is one of three new Notes opening in 2015 along with two other new sites in Canary Wharf. Premium coffee is behind the success of the Notes story - they even have their own roastery to ensure quality control - with a carefully crafted wine list following close behind.
