Pitt Cue Co.
After making the transition from street food van to a permanent Soho residence, the Pitt Cue Co. has upgraded its premises once again to a shiny new venue in the City. With the tiny Soho venue from Tom Adams and Jamie Berger renowned for queues and mouthwatering pulled pork, this new larger venue waves goodbye to both with the ability to book ( hoorah !) and a more grown-up menu. Metal trays are replaced with china plates and pulled pork is replaced with short rib, jowl and feather blade. Further options include grilled lamb heart, scallop and buttermilk, mushroom and bone marrow mash, and salt beef and gherkin. There's also a huge open kitchen, a custom-made grill and beer brewed on site.
