International Japanese restaurant and sake bar Sakagura brings washoku dishes - the traditional food of Japan - to Heddon Street through seasonal tasting menus, robata-grilled dishes, hand-pulled udon, soba noodles and freshly made sushi. E xecutive Chef, Kanji Furukawa and head chef, Jin Jackshin, together have a wealth of knowledge and passion for Japanese cuisine. Their washoku dishes, based on rice, miso and pickles, are beautifully presented a s sides and main dishes, served with Japanese style omotenashi hospitality. Alongside sake - some of the best premium sakes from Royal Warrant Holders Gekkeikan - are over twenty-two varieties of Japanese whisky, a selection of umeshu, shochu, craft beers as well as wines by the glass and bottle.
