Spanish chef Omar Allibhoy continues the expansion of his Spanish food empire which began with Tapas Revolution in Westfield Shepherd's Bush and Tapas Revolution in Bluewater with his third tapas bar, Tapas Revolution on Bethnal Green Road. Omar's take on the bustling tapas bars in his hometown of Madrid, this contemporary Spanish tapas bar is open for all-day dining with a menu divided into four sections; meat, fish, vegetables and egg dishes. Regional and seasonal sharing specials are displayed on a large board and there's 'Paella los Jueves' - paella served on Thursdays, as is the tradition in Spain. If you just want a quick drink, there's a selection of Spanish craft beers, soft drinks and wine from small Spanish producers served in a porron - a traditional wine glass pitcher with a long spout that's perfect for sharing. Interiors are by local Shoreditch based Alexander Waterworth Interiors and include the signature bar will be copper topped as found in all the Tapas Revolution tapas bars.
