With hearty breakfasts, lunchtime toasties and healthy snacks, to eat in or take away, The Larder cafe and food store ensures Fitrovia's hungry locals are well stocked. Open from 7.30am Monday to Friday and 9am on Saturdays, breakfast brings health-conscious choices as well as more indulgent morning fare such as chia seed pots with mixed berries, toasted breakfast sandwiches and freshly baked cinnamon rolls - a signature of executive chef Diego Cardoso. Own branded coffee by award-winning Reads Coffee Roasters, a Dorset-based family-run roaster, is best accompanied by St John's freshly baked doughnuts filled with fresh custard. At lunch choose from fresh salads, savoury tarts, house-made sausage rolls and sandwiches. Wine from smaller growers and beer from craft breweries Freedom and Crate are available by the glass or bottle, and there's a selection of organic or biodynamic wines to take away. Fill your pantry with top-quality food from Michelin-starred Hedone and cheese from La Fromagerie.
