Following on from the success of the award-winning Hoxton Pony, drinks master Gerry Calabrese presents Wringer & Mangle. Located in London Fields in a former industrial laundry, the all-day bar and restaurant features an expansive all-weather terrace, an inventive drinks menu and lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, Sunday roast and bottomless brunch offerings. Russian ivy plants, Victorian lamps, retro adverts and Chesterfields make it as hip as the neighbourhood it calls home while a long central bar is the perfect spot to enjoy one of the cocktails created by Gerry's brother, Jon Calabrese. Choose from more than 30 variations on the Tom Collins as well as unusual twists on other classic favourites. Food is healthy and hearty, with options such as pork belly with chickpeas and spring greens, pea and ricotta fritter with roasted tomatoes, and slow roasted lamb shoulder with crushed aubergine and roasted courgette.
