Zelman Meats, named after Goodman group boss Misha Zelman, is something of an experimental space for the group which along with Goodman is also behind Burger & Lobster and Beast. This meaty joint offers 5 quid steak sarnies, which you can order to takeaway, Sunday lunch as well as bigger pieces of meat cooked over fire for hours. Although they are all about the beef at Zelman's, they do offer other alternatives like slow roasted lamb rump. The focus is on doing one or two items perfectly and there are no plans for a set menu, just two or three different cuts of meat and a regularly changing menu.
