Healthy and wholesome salad bowls are made to order at atis, a City Road cafe set up by husband and wife team, Phil and Eleanor who was previously a sommelier at Noble Rot. At this cafe on the up-and-coming fringe of Old Street roundabout, bowls of warm and cold salad are anything but boring. Choose from the Asian-inspired Emperor bowl, the seasonal Kale Ploughman's or the Indian-inspired Dahl-ing bowl. There's Kombucha on tap, alcohol-free beer and cold-pressed juices as well as artisanal coffee. Take away or dine in, in modern interiors thought up by Daytrip.studio, the fashion-led interior designers behind BLOK and House of Holland. With a menu that's been created to maximise flavour and satisfaction, you'll feel more energised when you eat here too.
