Good & Proper Tea are on a mission to change the way people think about and drink the humble cuppa. Having driven their crowd-funded mobile brew bar around town, founder Emilie Holmes and her team have road-tested the Good & Proper teas. Available in Black, Oolong, Green, White & Matcha Latte flavours, teas are brewed to order in a futuristic Steampunk brewer. Expertly prepared, your brew is served in beautiful Japanese ceramic cups and accompanied by house-made sweet and savoury crumpets. Sourdough crumpets come with butter and sea salt, raspberry jam or Nutella or, for something savoury, try smoked salmon and cream cheese on rye. It's about time we had a decent cuppa to rival the artisan coffee shops and Good & Proper Tea aims to do just that - this Shoreditch branch will soon be followed by another in Soho in 2016.
