London's oldest whisky specialists, Milroy's of Soho, established in 1964, headed east for their second site, Milroy's of Spitalfields, a high-end venue with 1,000 whiskys. Set over four floors of a Spitalfields townhouse, Milroy's encompasses a whisky bar, cocktail bar, tasting room and first floor private members club, The Dram House, which comes complete with a cigar terrace. The Proofing Room is a subterranean cocktail bar, similar to The Vault in Soho, offering classic cocktails as well as seasonal mixes. Moving up to the ground floor there's a whisky bar featuring 1,000 different bottles from all around the world - Scotland, Japan, South Africa and Australia included. Open to loyal customers and aficionados, the members club includes a tasting room featuring rare Scotch whiskies and a cigar terrace where you can purchase exclusive Cuban cigars.
