The founders of Sweet&Chilli, experts in cocktail research and creation, are behind this late night Bermondsey Street cocktail bar. Set in a Victorian basement close to London Bridge, Nine Lives mixes hanging plants and woven lamp shades with marbled fascias and copper bar surfaces. They even have a shuffleboard in the games room for those nights when cocktails alone aren't enough. The bar menu is categorised by Shorts, Talls, Tarts, Lowriders and Loops - drinks where the team have reused key ingredients and given them a new lease of life. Sip while listening to an eclectic soundtrack of fine tunes fit for weekday cocktails and weekend parties.
