Featuring six catering stations, a demonstration bench and a communal dining table, B&H Kitchen , the cookery school from Bourne & Hollingsworth Group, guides Londoners through the skills all good chefs should have. Run by the group's executive chef, Adam Gray, thrice weekly classes at B&H Kitchen focus on techniques, seasonal recipes and ingredient knowledge, all hosted in a beautifully designed well equipped kitchen. Courses range from knife skills and butchery to sausage making and seasonal vegetables. Taking place in a lovely space at the top of Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings, just off Exmouth Market, classes teach students how to create everyday dishes as well as celebratory meals for special occasions.
