More than just a skincare shop, this branch of Lush on the Kings Road houses the Lush Spa. An overpowering mix of perfumes assaults the nose before you even enter these premises, which offer a huge mix of fizzing bath bombs to suit all moods and occasions. As well as the usual pots of fresh face, body and hair creams to be kept in the fridge, there are treatments and massages on offer. Essential oils are the basis for their vast selection of soaps and soap shampoo sold in various shaped wedges. These oils also give the treatments a therapeutic effect - from relaxation to revitalisation. A very English spa with a very English sense of humour - oils are mixed to create little bottles of 'hug' and 'humour'. Their signature 'Synaesthesia' treatment is carried out to a background of specially commissioned orchestral music and bird song recorded at Corfe Castle, in Dorset, to enhance your sensual experience.
