Discreetly positioned on a sleepy street in Marylebone, this friendly Victorian pub has forged strong links with the surrounding Swedish ex-pat community - the area has plenty of Scandi-style stores and the Ulrika Eleanora Swedish church is just next door. The pub has evolved into The Harcourt restaurant but still with an eye on this Scandinavian heritage. Original features from the building's Georgian era help create hygge cosiness, c ocktails are made using Scandinavian spirits and gravadlax, Nordic reindeer and Swedish meatballs are on the menu. While cosy in winter, in summer the Garden Room is particularly pretty with sunlight glinting through the glass roof.
