A modern Indian restaurant located on London's Westferry Road, close to the Heron Quays DLR station, Aniseed is popular with the discerning Docklands types who insist on stylish surroundings as well as great food. A fairly intimate space, offering only a few tables, early booking is recommended to ensure your spot in Aniseed's always busy dining room with its understated, attractive and contemporary d?cor. The restaurant is known for the excellence of its service with the waiting staff particularly efficient and polite without being overbearing in their friendliness - a must for business diners. Aniseed's extensive menu covers not only the most popular Westernised curries and tandoori dishes but exclusive specialty dishes created by the kitchen team and authentic regional recipes with a particularly exotic flavour, the blending of meats and fruits particularly successful in numerous selections.
