Carlo?s Kitchen combines the best of traditional Italian recipes with fresh, local ingredients. Our thin-crust margherita pizza is stone baked with crushed tomatoes, fresh basil, and creamy mozzarella. Each of our signature pasta dishes is prepared with made-to-order
sauces, customized to your request. We bake all bread hourly from scratch and our desserts are house-made. We offer all the comforts of home cooking in a relaxed, inviting atmosphere.
