This expensive Spanish restaurant is in a lovely corner of town, and serves authentic and delicious fare, cooked to consistently high standards. However, many many visitors including ourselves have experienced abominable service. This poor service seems to be rooted not in the waiters and waitresses, but in some kind of actual house policy. The maitre d' is constantly fussing, but he seems to distract his staff. The starters and main courses are both executed with real style, and the wine list is both impressive and uniquely informative, but be prepared for erratic service and be sure to clarify your order.
