Refurbished two years after it first launched in 2015 (as Morada Brindisa), Brindisa Rupert Street is one of five London restaurants and tapas bars from the Spanish group which "has been at the forefront of London's Spanish food scene for almost 30 years now" (Evening Standard, August 2017). Championing Spanish produce and showcasing Spain's food culture, this branch of Brindisa is is all about cooking on fire and centres around an open kitchen where the charcoal grills burn. Feast on the meats, fish and vegetables of Spain, the Iberico ham is a speciality, expertly carved and served along with artisan cheeses, seasonal tapas and picoteos. Take a seat at the light filled window or at the kitchen bar, either way you'll get Iberico pork and Basque salt cod cooked the asadors way on an open fire.
