A trendy artisan pizza restaurant in Spitalfields, Pizza Union prides itself on 'superfast' service from its traditional stone oven. Firing a range of ultra-fresh 12-inch pizzas to order, Pizza Union boasts a chic downtown interior with industrial features and a broody ambience to match its all-hours timetable. The Spitalfields site has been a huge success in the two years since opening that in 2015 a second site comes to King's Cross. The key to its success? Pizzas are Roman-style, made to order, cooked in a wood-fired oven in as little as three minutes and prices are affordable.
