Set up in 1964 by Italian born Peter Rosignoli at the age of 33 this fish restaurant is a long established Chelsea haunt. Peter drew on his experience as headwaiter in a number of restaurants, including the Ritz, to create this exclusive dining experience where the service is exceptional. The Poissonnerie specialises in fish and the Rosignoli family also owns La Maree, the fishmonger's next to the restaurant at 76 Sloane Avenue.
