From humble beginnings as a street food stall on East London's Brick Lane, Rosa's Thai Cafe has expanded to become a mini restaurant empire serving modern Thai food in London. Set up by husband and wife team, Alex and Saiphin Moore, Rosa's is all about authentic, home-cooked, comforting Thai food including spicy grilled pork neck salad with a bittersweet Thai dressing, red curry with palm heart garnished with lime leaves, and stir-fried crispy pork with kra prow - a modern version of a popular Thai dish with a Chinese twist of crispy pork. There are crowd-pleasing classic curries and noodle or rice dishes, to take-away or order online to collect. Drinks to complement the spicy flavours include a range of red, white and rose wines, available by the glass and carafe, soft drinks including home-brewed iced teas served in pocket-sized jars, and freshly-made juices, think coconut and pineapple, and mango and apple mixes. There are Rosa's restaurants in Soho in the heart of the West End, in Spitalfields, Westfield Stratford City and in Chelsea, providing fresh and Thai tasty food in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
