This classy, friendly restaurant has just opened a sister branch and deserves all the success it has won, including a recent Best London Oriental award from ITV. It’s got a pleasant interior, efficient and helpful staff and a pricing policy that’s brought huge dividends. Lunch at the Garden costs a mere £7 for two courses, but the place is always packed, morning, noon and night. What’s more the food is first rate. Despite the crowds, we’ve never been disappointed with wonderful authentic dishes like green curry, beancurd cubes or chilli crab arriving promptly and tasting divine. You’d be well advised to book early for a table at this well-loved restaurant.
