Highly rated by food writer Charles Campion and his friend Mark Hix, Turkish restaurant Testi gets the thumbs up from these adventurous eaters. Fresh meat is a speciality here and of particular interest (as long as you're not squeamish) are the grilled lamb's testicles - possibly not to everyone's taste but if you're looking to go off piste... The restaurant's name, Testi, doesn't come from this particular dish but is in fact the Turkish word for water jug. All the meats - spare ribs, grilled quail, lamb chops and kidneys - are cooked on a traditional open grill.
