Billed as a youth club for adults, The Exhibit is a huge hub of entertainment that brings together a restaurant, bar, cinema, gallery, comedy club, yoga studio and live music. The restaurant and bar take over the ground floor, with a vast seating area indoors and a large garden that's perfect for al fresco dining. The menu is made up of comfort food done well, with everything from breakfast and brunch to supper and late-night feasting. Choose from a selection of small plates and sides - the blackened fish tacos and mac & cheese are not to be missed - or bigger plates like a buttermilk fried chicken burger, red Thai meatball curry and a chipotle chicken burrito bowl, which comes loaded with succulent chicken, corn on the cob, guacamole, lime rice and a flour tortilla. For those looking for something a little healthier, there's a supercharged power bowl or a vegan black bean and kale burger. There's also a bottomless brunch that draws a lively crowd, a Sunday roast with bottomless roasties and Yorkshires, and an extensive drinks menu ranging from bubbles and cocktails to craft beer and an impressive selection of gin. Head upstairs for fitness, art, movies and more.
