Another venue from cocktail legend Tony Conigliaro (69 Colebrooke Row and Bar Termini), Untitled is an achingly cocktail bar. Paying
homage to Andy Warhol's Silver Factory in New York, the bar has silver-leaf walls
and industrial polished concrete fixtures, making the cocktails the star
attraction. Having worked in many of London's top cocktail bars and
collaborated with Heston Blumenthal at the Fat Duck, Conigliaro is renowned for
his molecular concoctions and the cocktails here are no different. Served in
bespoke 3D-printed vessels, they're created using strange ingredients like
chalk, beeswax, soy and pine. Asian bar dishes come courtesy of chef Rob Roy
Cameron and during the day the venue transforms into a hub for freelancers and
local creatives.
