Acton Market runs every Saturday on The Mount and King Street in Acton Town Centre and sells hand crafted items alongside fruit and veg at the Farmers' Market. Launched in May 2007, the Farmers' Market is held at the same location as the Handicraft Market and runs from 9am until 1pm on Saturdays. The Farmers' Market provides a fantastic choice of produce including delicious organic and outdoor reared meat including 20 different varieties of sausage. Fresh juices and hand made preserves to go with locally made artisan breads provide all the ingredients need for a picnic which you can take onto the green nearby and tuck in. On Sundays, there's a more general market with a mix of fashion, food, antique jewellery and a bouncy castle. In summer, an additional Friday market is also held here, from 10am until 5pm, with hot food stalls, new handicraft, jewellery and bric-a-brac stalls alongside many of the regular Acton Market traders.
