Crosstown is an award-winning bakery in London known for its handmade sourdough doughnuts. The company was founded in 2014 by JP Then and Adam Wills, starting as a street food stall at London's Leather Lane Market. Crosstown has since grown into a huge business with 20 sites across London - including 11 permanent stores, two food trucks and seven market stalls - as well as offering online ordering, events, catering and wholesale. What makes Crosstown so successful is its signature sourdough which is rolled by hand while all jams, compotes, glazes and fillings are made in-house. This Soho branch, just off Wardour Street, is the original permanent Crosstown store.
