Run by husband and wife team Erin and Guy, who both grew up on farms in New Zealand, Provenance Butcher is a family run village butcher that only serves the best seasonal produced, personally sourced from award winning family farms. Keeping a connection with their home country, one of the beef suppliers is First Light Wagyu Beef, grass-fed and completely free of hormones, antibiotics and growth promoters. There's also high-quality lamb, pork, poultry and venison, with all the suppliers' details listed on the website, as well as a selection of charcuterie and condiments.
